Companion Meetings
AFCS member societies and related organizations are invited to submit proposals for Companion Meetings. Each proposal should indicate the preferred session length, either 30 or 60 minutes, and include the names of the chairperson(s) and speaker(s), as well as the presentation title for each speaker. Applications will be accepted through the AFCS2027 official website. The final schedule and session structure will be determined by the AFCS2027 Organizing Committee.
Submission Deadline
Applications will be accepted from August 1 to October 31, 2026.

Applications must be submitted through the online submission system. Submissions by fax or email will NOT be accepted.
